Easiest Way - to get to WallSt from spawn is to take the Aborn Portal. Then from the portal go to the main Aborn Street and take a left. The road to Wall St is on the right.
Fastest Way - Enter the Aborn portal and then go to the Nether portal to the right. Once in the nether portal follow the signs on the left path to the Wall St nether portal.
About: Wall St is a "city building" style res. The hope is that most of the buildings add to a cool skyline and might actually be something you'd see in a city.
